I found the staff to be very kind. There were complimentary snacks and beverages available at the concierge. The room was spacious for one person, which I appreciated. Hygiene standards were well kept.
Most of the plugs in my room didn't work. The shower was too small for comfort. The toilet flush was broken. This made things inconvenient.

I stayed for several nights and was pleased with the provided amenities. The hotel features unlimited access to hot drinks and snacks in the reception area. This was quite convenient. Daily room service ensured fresh towels and a tidy space. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist.
The hot water in the sink barely produced a drip.

The reception staff offered complimentary drinks on arrival. The location provides easy access to the Stratford Station and the Westfield Shopping Centre, only a short walk away. I was allowed extra parking time after checkout. The room was airy and quite spacious.
I found some clothing stickers in the bathroom, suggesting it needed a more thorough cleaning.
